What is Final Frontier?
Final Frontier is a Gamemode originaly created by Metapyziks to mimic FTL: Faster Than Light. You play as a single crew member who is meant to work with other crew members to fight other ships. You must control various systems and keep the ship running.

That's because the map is actually located within the gamemode's content folder
IE:
garrysmod/addons/finalfrontier/gamemodes/finalfrontier/content/maps/finalfrontier_a12.bsp
Instead of:
garrysmod/addons/finalfrontier/maps/finalfrontier_a12.bsp

You could extract it from the addon using gmad.exe, then place the map in garrysmod/maps :3

Hello, I'm trying to have this gamemode run on my server which has multiple gamemodes and a mapvote mod that allows them to switch between each other. However I'm having this issue where this gamemode and only this gamemode hides its maps when the "Final Frontier" gamemode is not active. (This also happens in normal gmod, where I can't select the finaflfrontier_a12 map and launch it in sandbox mode for example) Is there any way around this? And what causes it? Thanks.

I've had to focus on my job and other Projects. I haven't touched this in a while and don't have any current plans to.
