Empire Units (Light Unit Mod)

This is my Empire unit pack! I wanted more diversity in late game, more reaosn to choose stables in early game (light cav), options for combating superior infantry of Chaos, Vamps, etc. This pack contains 5 new units, Armoured Swordsmen, Armoured Spearmen, Archers Light Lancers and Armoured Halberdiers. These units will be effected by the original unit buffs from Lords, and Tech. They're subject to balancing needs.

(This unit has expert charge defence instead of vs. Large mitigating all charge bonus of units, it has more anti-large damage and more missile-parry[55%], however since it carries a bulkier shield it only has 26 movespeed making it an extra great frontline, low damage high durability)


Different Option over Crossbowmen for early game ranged unit
Good-Range

This unit has more ammo and movement speed with -2 ranged damage compared to corssbowmen, it is weak against armour with only 2 AP damage and 15 regar damage. This is an excellent early game choice splitting the line between more damage/ vs more mobility and ammunition for longer engagements

Shielded

Use this unit as an early game flanking unit to deal with enemy ranged units more effectively or for a decent early game hammer and anvil.
