Introduction
This is similar to what the end result will be:





Step 1
It's super easy!
Go into the edit description page on an artwork, screenshot, or workshop, and type in: [img]URL[/img]. For example:



You can upload still images as a PNG, or animations as a GIF. And you're done!
Linking Images to Things
You can have your image link to something if you click it, simply have your BB code look like this:

Tips and Examples
When making the images you want to embed, keep in mind you have limited space.
  • If you plan on having your artwork viewed in window mode, keep it's width less than 425 pixels.
    (You may have less room. Embed a test image to see how much space you have to work with.)
  • If you plan on having your artwork viewed on it's full page, keep it's width less than 627 pixels.
  • If you're making one for a workshop description, most sizes will fit and look nice.

@Mr.Soul if you're using imgur.com to host your image, you have to ensure the file url you paste in the description in the format [img]url[/img] is of the format https://i.imgur/ABCXYZ.gif and does not include /a/ anywhere...that is the album url click on the image and copy its url instead.

So i am trying to simply add the Rate/Favorite GIF to my Workshop description. I've already uploaded it to my artwork but idk what to put in between [IMG] & [/img]... please help!
