Springup Scenario

Description
Springup is a town that has sprungup in the last year. Unknowing to the citizens their new home is full of a history of disasters with many to come. Get the city prepared for the worse set of disasters in history along with transporting many citizens or create a huge tourist city. Your choice, just don't destroy Springup with it's success. You have 60 weeks, get going.
