描述
Economic, quiet, high volume water treatment plant. This plant costs twice that of the in-game asset, but processes four times the sewage, emits less noise pollution, and requires less maintenance for the volume it processes.

it should be noted this asset requires two others that both require DLC.

Yeah it's entirely too much work building assets. There is no way I have the time or mortivation to go back and make edits to these.

It should not create any water pollution, but instead outputs your city's water (which will be poluted). In regards to your question, this asset works the same as the ingame asset.
