IQ Engine Gear 2: "Elevate to turreted gate"

Fun, but I was able to solve it without using the light bridge or the portal surface above it.

Subscribed to this collection a few weeks ago and hadn't played it until today... The puzzle kept me thinking for a little and I eventually solved it without using the light bridge at all. I dunno if that's the right solution, but the way I took the cube out of the funnel button was kinda weird as it required a swing around + mid-air shot.
The design of the map I think it would feel way better if it wasn't overcluttered with glass walls: Most of the key stuff is located by one of the corners (which forces you to distribute things with thin walls) whereas most of the other space remains kinda empty. If it was distributed in a different way, you might get rid of a lot of those glass walls, leaving only the relevant ones.
I also think it would be fine to have only one row of turrets since you're now being forced to do the same stuff twice... or maybe the puzzle could be tweaked somehow so the second row of turrets has to be cleared in a different way from the first one...
