Well hello there again. This is something out of the ordinary. In the last few patches little bits of "Perfect World" are being released publicly which is a separate build made for the Chinese version of the game. There is no law in china that forbids the use of blood and symbols of death such as skulls and bones, but yet a lot of game developers decide to remove those things because of the broad law in china. Here[www.techinasia.com] is a nice article that explains it very briefly.

Anyways, my original P250 Corroden (and other weapons) has had a skull painted on the weapon and this gun in particular had a set of bones. If Valve is changing skulls in-game, for example operation bloodhound coins (ty /u/wickedplayer494 for the image), I decided to make sure my weapon skin submissions were also usable in the Chinese version. This is why I created this 'alternative' :)
