It is not a faction, it simply adds these shipstyles with some preset faction names to the randomizer to game can use when generating empires

So its an additional faction, or is it the ability for other empires to use these ships?

@Von Waldstein The ai can always use any factions you made yourself, doesnt matter which shipset, This mod only allows the random AI generator to also pick this shipstyle.
