Hello and welcome to the toothbrush locations guide! This is going to be a smaller one than the other guides I've worked on since the goal here is to avoid using up lots of space posting all the individual screenshots. There are 12 different locations in total and it is always guaranteed to spawn on the map on any difficulty.

This toothbrush is actually worth a lot of money when you get it:
$450,000 on Normal.
$900,000 on Hard.
$1,170,000 on Very Hard.
$1,890,000 on Overkill.
$3,240,000 on Mayhem.
$3,690,000 on Death Wish.
$4,140,000 on One Down.

The toothbrush can be found outside or on any of the floors except the third floor and the roof. Please bare in mind that the game calls the Ground Floor the First Floor, and the First Floor the Second Floor and so on. There will be signs on each floor telling you what they are called.

Head past the furthest door to the panic room and turn down the right street at the end where the loot truck spawns.

In the area behind the counter. Back wall is green, shouldn't be hard to miss.










Enter the far right door of the building and look to the sofas on your left.










In the room behind the counter room.










In the room where you go to trade the money at the start.










Enter the building on the first right. Look to your left to find a bathroom. It is behind the door.










To the left of the main doors the cops come through.

In a bathroom, can be found if you take the furthest left as you go up the stairs.

From the exit of the staircase look behind you to find a slanted cabinet.










Continue on from the stairs to find an area with four sofas. Look to your right. The sofa next to the fire exit contains the spawn

From the stairs, head to the room directly behind you, then look directly to your left for the bathroom.










This bathroom can be located if you head into the room on your right if you look at the other location on this floor. From the stairs, it is behind you and through the door to your left.
