Placement
Because props will disappear if they are too far away from the actual lot, it was nessesary to move that watertower a little bit (so it is on another position than in the screenshots) .
Also I highly advice you to use the following mods, to get the building properly placed:

-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-2335 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-54 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)
-Original building is located in the Bronx (and not actually a 135 corner but hey, does it matter...)
