Towns and Villages Enhanced: Whiterun

Mod looks great, but comes with some very strange default face NPCs with no dialogue, who are flagged as essential and do nothing but AFK in given areas of the city. Same is weirdly true for all of these mods. Very nice mod, especially for someone who wants to level alchemy but truly hates wasting gold on compost matter, just a shame there's these random blighters wasting away in the town ruining my every attempt to steal.

I'm not having the file issue anymore since I have uninstalled your mod. (it was too taxing on my pc, but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway but it just crashed my game every time I loaded into Whiterun, either fast travelling or going through the gate.) I have an issue, though, as around the city there are stone textures that don't have collision properties, but are still ugly. Sometimes they go away if I return to the title screen and reload the save, but most of the time they just exist. Is there a way to fix this? (they warp over the stairs going up from the merchant stalls, up the stairs to Dragonsreach, and between the statue of Talos and the Skyforge, if that helps; I haven't seen them show up anywhere else.)
