You need to use Advanced Bone Tool to move bones.
Every workshop model is located in " addons/ ".
If the model is invisible for you unsubscribe and then resubscribe that should fix it.

DON'T ADD ME IF YOU HAVE NO REASON OR JUST WANT TO SAY THAT YOU LIKE MY MODELS TYPE THAT IN THE COMMENTS. I DONT PLAY GMOD DONT ADD ME TO PLAY GMOD WITH ME.

I had that console and a PS2. I now own a PS3 with its' PSX and PS2 game support. I was never impressed with the PSX framerate, but it was fun still. I just wish the playstation was not a slow pile of junk that focuses on high resolutions instead of actual gameplay. An average modern windows, Macintosh, or Linux PC can blow the PS5 out of the water by a ten-fold. Quite frankly, it looks like Sony is more stupid than smart today.
