Paradox changed how portraits work and I don't have any interest in figuring out how to fix it, so this mod is now abandoned

This mod cannot function without the basic Hypergalactic Neptunia Empire mod.

This mod only removes the ability for the AI to randomly become one of the Neptunia races.

Updated to support 2.3+
