This addon uses TFA VOX (Seen here), allowing your playermodel (Noire herself) to have the voice of Noire from Hyperdimension Neptunia, including reload callouts and pain noises when shot.

Features most TFA VOX functions.

When you spawn as Noire, you should hear her voice... yeah, that's all there is to it, have fun!
