1 Hour Weapon Shop Rotation

解説
Decreases the item rotation at Biggy's Reputable Weaponry from 24 hours to 1 hour.

Is 1 hour just a bit too short? Check out the 2 hour version!

Compatibility
Fully compatible with Portable Outpost.

Uses the Patch system, so should work with any other mod that doesn't change
the 'rotationTime' value in 'penguinweaponshop.object'.

@TigerBlitzXD Unfortunately, im not actively making Starbound mods at the moment, so I wont be taking suggestions.

Can you do a mod to flip swords stance backward? Like backwielding?
