Opis
Decreases the item rotation at Biggy's Reputable Weaponry from 24 hours to 2 hours.

If 2 hours is a bit too much, check out the 1 hour version!

Compatibility
Fully compatible with Portable Outpost.

Uses the Patch system, so should work with any other mod that doesn't change
the 'rotationTime' value in 'penguinweaponshop.object'.

honestly why is it 24 hours in the first place
