Changes the pixel loss upon death in Survival to 10%

Can confirm it still works as of today. Tested on a new character, started with 100 pixels. When a monster kill it, the game says "30% pixel lost" but when i check inventory the pixel is 90. So only 10% lost.

Idk if the "30% pixel lost" message is meant to change or not.

I know there are a couple other difficulty changing mods that make it so other difficulty changing mods dont work, so it could be a mod conflict lol but it could totally be that this just doesnt work, havent played in a while.

really good mod, I made it so my character loses all gear when he dies, so punishing myself a little less on the pixel side can help me re-gather my lost resources, either that or buy new components in the outpost
