Mansion GINA
You need to use the Ploppable RICO Mod by AJ3D to function as intended. Otherwise it's just a park/plaza that doesn't do anything.

- 5 households
- 22 000 construction cost

The house is without trees and plants so I recommend to use More Beautification Mod and Prop Anarchy (& Tree Anarchy) Mod by BloodyPenguin for decorating it.

Not sure if you are still monitoring these assets or not, but why would you NOT upload the decor with the houses, given that they are there in WITH the house? Some of us aren't designers, and rely on the uploads AS IS.

Well, other than that, these are beautiful. I know I wouldn't be able to use it unfortunately, because I don't use these mods in my game. Would have loved to use these in my gated communities though. :steamhappy:

@Mark Fire Sorry but I don't know where is the problem. It works fine to me. The rustic table is a part of the base game.

It's nice but it complains of low land value so much, it's irritating. Like I have 5 parks around it, the land value is in the red.
