解説
Are you tired of the lack of heirarchy within the guard system?
Well now the guards have their own culture!
There are the political dogs, who oversee day to day regulations.
and the savage warrior class of the falmer, of whom originated deep within the earth nirn, and have regained their sanity.
But not their clothes

The Falmer. The Guards are a splinter group that regained their morality and sanity, (albeit not their clothes) and Combined their fragmented culture with the more intelligent dogs which adds a hidden yet deep backstory to Skyrim and it's people. It's nice to see that the people of Skyrim have become more Open-minded in these days, even with all the wars going on.
