UPDATE: August 6th, 2016

A new grouping convention has been implemented, in the hopes of reducing the frequency Garrus parts appear. Like Anarchy's Children DLC, certain parts can only be selected when the Garrus Torso is selected. Let us know if it's any better.

Heads up: Both Garrus heads in the helmet/hat prop section, have been changed to Veteran level customization option. You won't be able to select them until your soldiers reach that level. You can, on the other hand, use them to create soldiers in the Character Pool section. Another "work around" is to make an ini tweak in your GameData.ini document, and search for the line:

VeteranSoldierRank=

And input the value you want. Selecting 1 will give you the rank with only one mission played.

Release #3, everyone's favorite sidekick and all around bad ♥♥♥, Garrus Vakarian, from the Mass Effect Universe! And his face is fully animated!! More on this below.

First of all, to truly enjoy the full experience, I recommend using illequine's Garrus Voice Pack, found here:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order to use this mod properly, the base human head had to be hidden. I've provided one. Simply pick "Invisible Head" under the Caucasian Race. Garrus' head is found in Props, under Helmets.

Now, before I explain what the mod contains, I want to thank E3245 for his help and the patience to teach me more about how textures work. I Also want to thank my mentor and inspiration to even start modding, mrkablamm0fish, or moo. I probably wouldn't have even downloaded the udk if wasn't for him. So thank you gentlemen for your continued support and inspiration.

Having that said, let me tell you how the ME character ports are evolving. Thanks to the fine scholars mentioned above, Garrus is fully customizable! You can change his armor color and apply patterns to it!

I've also learned a huge deal about rigging and weight painting during the last few months. The result? Garrus's face is fully animated. He blinks, he smirks, he smacks, his claw thingies on the side of his jaw move, you name it.

The package also offers versions with and without his visor. Finally, just like my previous entries, all 3 armor tiers are supported.
