I wanna get into merging commercial and office spaces while dropping a little bit of green to make it interesting.

I guess I'll make more of these on the near future :D Flatten terrain for best results. I also suggest adding more props like tables in front of the restaurants so it'll look more busier. Still good for uneven terrain. Does not conform with terrain slopes so you can build it anywhere.

Green is good when it comes to malls and office spaces :D Most of the shops are Philippine brand, some are foreign brands that are famous in PH


If you're feeling a bit generous, I wouldn't refuse a cup of coffee or some spare change :)

@Vexcarius: When importing you select your existing building and check "Load existing props" or something like that - the option in the left down corner. :)

@HiltonAugustus @Avanya. I had to rename everything back to Luxury Office wih Shops. :D My brain was twisted last night due to lack of sleep. lol Mall with Offices Spaces seem to be better tho. Well, function is more important. I'll be more careful next time. Try to sub and unsub
