EPP Light Mod

Beskrivelse
This mod makes it so that every single augment now has a "Light" augment effect attached to it so you no longer have to choose between being better at combat, mobility or seeing in the dark.

(NOTE: If you already had an augment applied to your EPP BEFORE installing this mod then you will have to re-apply the augment. You can do this by typing "/admin" into the chat to enter admin mode, then "/spawnitem augmentname" while your cursor is near you, replacing "augmentname" with the name of the augment, then typing "/admin" to exit admin mode. For a list of augment names, see the list below. Use the name in the parenthesis.)

-Any augments that are "Uncommon" (Green border, level 1 augments.) will have the "Light 1" augment effect in addition to its' normal augment effect.

-Most augments that are "Rare" (Blue border, level 2 augments.) will have the "Light 2" augment effect in addition to its' normal effect.

-Any augments that are "Legendary" (Purple border, usually level 3 augments.) OR have no augment level will have the "Light 3" augment effect in addition to its' normal augment effect.

If the above explanation confuses you, here's a list of all the augments and which light level they have:
Damage 1 (damageaugment1) - Light 1
Damage 2 (damageaugment2) - Light 2
Damage 3 (damageaugment3) - Light 3
Electric Resist (electricblockaugment) - Light 3
Energy 1 (energyaugment1) - Light 1
Energy 2 (energyaugment2) - Light 2
Energy 3 (energyaugment3) - Light 3
Fire Resist (fireblockaugment) - Light 3
Gravity (gravityaugment) - Light 3
Healing 1 (healingaugment1) - Light 1
Healing 2 (healingaugment2) - Light 2
Healing 3 (healingaugment3) - Light 3
Health 1 (healthaugment1) - Light 1
Health 2 (healthaugment2) - Light 2
Health 3 (healthaugment3) - Light 3
Ice Resist (iceblockaugment) - Light 3
Jump (jumpaugment) - Light 3
Light 1 (lightaugment1) - Light 1
Light 2 (lightaugment2) - Light 2
Light 3 (lightaugment3) - Light 3
Mobility (mobilityaugment) - Light 3
Poison Resist (poisonblockaugment) - Light 3
Speed (speedaugment) - Light 3
Swimming (swimaugment) - Light 3
Thorns (thornsaugment) - Light 3

The "Light 1", "Light 2" and "Light 3" augments remain unaffected by this mod.

UPDATE: If you don't own the steam version of the game you can still install this mod! Download the .zip file from here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/bidr306bszxl52v/EPPLightMod.zip and extract the "EPPLightMod" folder in the .zip file to your Starbound mod folder.

an interesting interaction i've noticed with the Armor Augments mod: it doesn't matter if you equip an augment in your EPP or in armor, it still gives the light effect.

I love the concept of this mod, however the lvl 3 light is a bit too bright for my tastes, is there a version of this mod that just does light lvl 2 on all the augments? Or maybe I can make that myself by modifying this mod myself?

Great mod buddy. I love it. Is there a way you can make this mod compatible with the "augmentation IV' mod? There is no option to leave a review on his mod page so Im curious if there is anything that can be done on your end to produce the same effect with IV augments equipped.

Can you make this work with Frackin Universe EPPs?
ConsciousSoul 26. feb. 2018 kl. 16:25
I replaced my poison augment with a cold shield II from Frackin Universe (FU) and the light won't work with it. Seems only to work with regular EPP Augments
Halo56781 23. juni 2017 kl. 17:59
this is useful, especially fro frackin' universe 'cuz it gets rid of the light emited by your player naturally, which is a real pain in the butt

@matiya024 That would be a no. FU EPP's do not have light.
