ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Disables the rot timer from decrementing for all items that spoil. You can store food items in any storage container you like, including your inventory and it'll stay as fresh as the day you picked or cooked it.

This mod changes /scripts/items/rotting.lua by removing the line that adjusts the rot timer variable.

mod stopped working after a few days

Mod works fine, but there is another variant of this mod which basically refreshes the timer instead of adjusting the variable, by going into the .lua and coding in an lil' script that simply resets all timers to their max values every time the timer ticks down.
This had made it so modded foodstuffs never rot much in the same way this one does.
Mod owner said he used python to open the rotting.lua and add in the script.

I feel bad for the author. You shouldn't have to keep repeating yourself over and over just because someone is too lazy to read the rest of the comments.

Had some ribs cooked for my space cowboy to eat on the way through his adventures. Went to actually eat it, and the words 'smells rotten' made me feel bad for my space cowboy. So I came here to get this mod, so my space cowboy no longer has to go hungry because of food going bad. Thank you for making this mod.

@Eleven, it works as nothing has changed. You most likely just have a mod conflict.

As I've written in the comments multiple times, if it stops working or doesn't work it's likely due to another mod you have installed. The game hasn't been updated in years.

I let the game run for over two hours. The food that was already in my inventory didn't change and neither did the food I picked up while waiting. The mod hasn't changed and the game hasn't changed since the last time someone said it wasn't working. As has been the case time and again; you likely have another mod installed that is conflicting with this one.
