TIer 4 settlements- Radious Compatible

This mod will modify income generated by tier 4 settlement, as well as garrisons inside the settlement to better fit radious mod.

All acknowledgements for the mod itself should be addressed to it's author Mazz

NOTE: You need only to use radious mod and this one for tier 4 settlements, don't use the original mazz mod since it will conflict with mine
