Bretonnia by Prater - No Subfactions

This is an addon for my mod Bretonnia by Prater. People have requested a version that removes the subfactions from the choice of factions when starting a new campaign.

Like usual, this is not compatible with other mods that change the startpos. I will try to keep it up to date, but it shouldn't require an update every time I change the main mod (hopefully).
