Ask team mates nicely for 2 tangos at start.

You dont need the extra invoke early levels due to u will just focussing on farming and pushing down towers with forge alacrity. u can even get those cheap kills with forge snap ss/alacrity. level will be boosted really fast since u have midas. (Midas the big creep nc for extra exp), or if you are behind on levels, tome is purchaseable.
**(U can get 1 level of invoke if u feel like the cd is too long, but i prefer its this way due to recent patches that invoker lose his int, thus u can use less spell with higher damage hence less mana cost on fighting)

Why aquila instead of null talisman? due to recent patches, invoker agi is nerfed hard, making it harder to last hit and more fragile, null talisman only give u +6 dmg that is 3 more dmg than a wraith band, but wraith band gives u armor, attack speed, and the aquila give u the needed mana regen to spam your forged spirit on the laning stage, and the -3 dmg from aquila (if dint get null) can be ignored since u have exort build. hope this helps

Early game, Exort builds are not proficient in crowd controlling, so you might need your team to initiate. If you do not have enough time or mana to prepare your spells for battle, it is better to push down a tower. Chaos Meteor or Tornado (if wex/quas build) a creep wave, then use your Forge Spirit to pull incoming creep wave away, then use Alacrity. Doing this will give you a minimum of forty seconds to destroy the tower.

It is almost always best to have Spirits summoned before battle, but beware of their expiration. Furthermore, consider summoning Spirits during battle if you have a Force Staff. For example: Force Staff yourself next to Brewmaster, then use Spirits and Cold Snap right next to him. The stun lock will prevent Brewmaster from using Ultimate for several seconds.
