คำอธิบาย
What does it do?
This mod simply decrease the surplus needed for the tier 4 minor settlements building from 4 surplus to 3.

Tier 4 Minor Settlements Mod REQUIRED :

Compatibility and issues
Works for all factions.
Savegame compatible.
Compatible with all mods, as long as they are compatible with Tier 4 Minor Settlements.
Please report any issues encountered.

Updates
I will try to update as soon as possible after every new major update.
Don't spam in the comment section, only one comment is more than enough.
If i don't update immediatly that's because :
- They changed the related tables, needing to check the whole mod to verify if there's any issue.
- The Total War Pack File Manager needs an update.
- I'm not at home / don't have time.

Should work but only for the 4 base game races. Will update soon. Meanwhile, you can start a campaign and add the mod afterward, it's savegame comptible, like Mazz' mod.
