解説

What does it do?

This mod simply decrease the surplus needed for the tier 4 and 5 major settlements buildings from 4 and 5 surplus to 3 and 4 (2 and 3 for the wood elves).

Compatibility and issues

Works for all non-horde factions, should be compatible with faction unlockers mods.
Savegame compatible.
Compatible with all mods that don't edit the surplus cost or building cost and time for tier 4 and 5 main settlement buildings.
Please report any issues encountered.

Updates

I will try to update as soon as possible after every new major update.
Don't spam in the comment section, only one comment is more than enough.
If i don't update immediatly that's because :
- They changed the related tables, needing to check the whole mod to verify if there's any issue.
- The Total War Pack File Manager needs an update.
- I'm not at home / don't have time.

This mod is a balance mod, not a cheat mod. Please comment if you feel that it needs some tweaking.

I'll check that. Don't have much time atm, so if someone else can confirm the bug, it would be nice.

Seems like it has conflict with the building icons mod :(

I'll revert to the vanilla values then. I'd like more feedback on the question though.

Yeah... elves... I understand it's one of the perks... but they get 10 slots per settlement capital... even with certain mods, WEs still spring out of control, conquering a big chunk of the map... they expand too quickly as is...

For the Wood Elves? The thing is that they already are at 1-2-3-4 without this mod, it's one of their pros. Can nerf them from 1-2-2-3 to 1-2-3-3 though.

i personally would prefer the cost to be 1-2-3-4, for tier 2-3-4-5

When the elves came out in December, I tweaked the values to 2 and 3 for the tiers 4 and 5. Say me if you found that OP, I may nerf the tier 4 cost to 3 surplus instead of 2.
