Welcome to my long awaited guide. In this one I'm going to tell you how to treat the worst phenomena that invaded Modern Warfare 2 community long time ago - Trickshotting! Yeah that's right!

It's the "art" of creatively killing somebody with a sniper rifle (usually the intervention) in Modern Warfare 2 by using several methods such as equipment canceling, silent-shotting, weapon switches, etc. They are usually made into episodes and montages, which are a collection of their clips usually recorded with a Hauppauge HD PVR, and edited with Twixtor, a slow-motion plug-in for many editing softwares.
Basically something like this.

And i don't despise trickshotting itself. I think that as long as people do it without modifying the game it's fine. Many trickshot teams back in the days respected other players and just tried to hit these shots in public matches without any help of tools, setup etc. But now, the obsession took over them. They are doing everything to get their killcams just to record them and put them to their 100 sub channels on YouTube. I thought this trend would perish or carry on onto next cod installments, but no, it's still here and it's time to put an end to this. Nowadays, trickshotters are equipped with kicktools, modding tools, so when they are host they have control over the game. They often kick players just for killing them, modify gametype to Search and Destroy to get more Game Winning Cams and most importantly, many of them HACK. Using wallhack to get last man standing on the enemy team. Joining such lobbys happens to me very often and that makes it impossible to join any other lobby of given gametype. That is very annoying.

I have been around here for a loong time and it was fun trolling trickshotters back in the days. But now, when everyone has a kicktool, you must do everything to make them suffer before they kick you.
How to spot trickshotters before the game?
They usually have two word names like Faze Panda or A4 ♥♥♥♥♥. They also have "SZ" tag which means they want to get to SoaR trickshot clan. Whatever.
1. Camp till last
That's right. camp in your spawn till you get to be last man alive. Get some claymores, place yourself somewhere where you can hide. You could use a riot shield to resist wallhackers trying to kill you.
If you manage to be last, you can:
a) kill yourself - that will surely make them mad, as your death results in ruining their GWK.
b)try killing them - be careful - they can stun you and do everything to avoid your bullets. best way is to equip a blast shield, so you cannot get stunned.
Preferred class:
Primary weapon: RPD FMJ
Secondary: whatever
Equipment: claymores/blast shield
Perk 1: Scavenger/sleight of hand
Perk 2: Cold-Blooded so you can survive till last
Perk 3: Ninja so they can't hear your footsteps.
2. Plant the bomb really quick
When you are on T side, you can plant, so they can't have their final killcam! They will have to defuse the bomb. That is very risky, you would need a rush class for that:
Primary weapon: UMP45 silenced
Secondary: whatever
Perk 1: Marathon
Perk 2: Lightweight:
Perk 3: Ninja pro
Plant the bomb as fast as you can and don't get killed!
3.Just leave.
If more people know about this useless practice, they could leave and the ideal thing would be that trickshotters would have to abandon public games because there would be no random player to hit shots on. But that's rather not possible. Anyway, leaving is still just an option.
