DLC Arizona brought several new achievements, of which the most hard was "Start your engine", because race track on map not marked. So how do you get a coveted achievement?

The process of obtaining achievement / Процесс получения достижения

Quite simply: we need to get into the Tucson, in the West at the city are road works of BITUMEN. And close to road works there is an obstacle that is easy to break:

Все достаточно просто: нам необходимо попасть в город Tucson, на западе города есть дорожные работы, куда для фирмы BITUMEN иногда осуществляется доставка стройтехники. А прямо от дорожных работ стоит заграждение, которое с легкостью пробивается грузовиком:

Then just go down the road until you get to the race track:

Далее просто едем по дороге, пока не доберемся до трассы:

That's all you get an achievement and can take a ride on the track!

if I'm thinking right I dropped off a load there and comletely missed this

It is near the Bitumen in the very farthest Northwest part of Tucson, you will see a road that makes a large loop on the map with a Bitumen on it, drive the loop until you see the Construction Cones across a small, unlined, side road, push aside those cones to find it.
