As someone who has studied much into political theory "Totalitarianism" will yes it exist is not an Ideology from the sense Ideology is used, an Ideology "A system of ideas and ideals, especially one which forms the basis of economic or political theory and policy." Which is what Ideology is
Totalitarianism is "A system of government that is centralized and dictatorial and requires complete subservience to the state." which may sound like an Ideology but firstly it does not follow this, primarily due to the lack of anything else that confirms Ideology, rather instead it is a political system which shares similar themes of what an Ideology could be.
Finally it is as much of an Ideology as Capitalism is a system of governance.
Generally speaking @RozzaWuzHear is telling the truth but @Raubritter is misinterpreting the general factual statement.
Personally I prefer the Prussian uniforms, but glad to see someone is trying their best despite those more politically minded
