NeunGUI + White Progress Bar

This is an alternate white progress bar for healing, defibbing, helping players up, and using an object that requires the player to hold 'use,' such as depositing gas cans or starting up a generator. The GUI was made by NeunGUI by Zeon. The default is yellow; I made a soft white version because I thought it better fits the aesthetic. This addon is compatible with the CenterPanel, LayerPanel, MinimalPanel, SidePanel, and WeaponPanel addons. Credit to Zeon for the original NeunGUI and all addons, Olde for recoloring the progress bar (who thanks Dragons Kin for assistance). Original text here:
