Ye can confirm, does not work. It gives you the visual, but in reality it does nothing.

does not work for me, it does show you get positive imperium, but when you actually reach that level, you do not get the bonusses

I can confirm Phantomxv's statement, it does work if you put it before the DEI mods.

This mod works with the DEI mods, you just have to put it before the three parts of the DEI mod in the new launcher and you will get positive imperium.
