CTCN Transport

Descrição
The CTCN Transport is a private passenger ship that your ferries people about your city, with a far higher carrying capacity than any helicopter. I was inspired by Shroomblaze’s Hot Air Balloon and Krodge’s Zeppelin, wanting to see some sci-fi equivalents to the floating vehicles. And so, unfortunately, the CTCN Transport isn’t functional, but it adds a nice flair to the skies above any futuristic city. There are more ships on the way, since I want to provide some variety and represent a few different scifi aesthetics.

1) I haven't played in awhile so I can't say for sure but no one has said it isn't working
2) No, just the blimp
3) Should be the same as the blimp. This is actually the wrong workshop page for the usable one though, this one is a park that just stays still and doesn't move. Look for "CTCN Transport - Blimp"

1) Is it working with Sunset Harbor DLC ?
2) Is it possible to use in Helicopter ?
3) What is the capacity of passengers ?

it could do with some awesome bloom/posteffects, but cities skylines doesn't have that :( (that would make it amazing, just ignore the why, as 20 hrs ago i didn't see the point :D
