Vertical Panel Barrier for use at construction sites, road works and so on.

- To place this prop item in-game use the More Beautification mod.
- If you want to place this item on a road (which I suspect that you want to do ;)) use a mod like Prop & Tree Anarchy.

There are some lights you can use with the more beautification mod. Just place them on top of the barrier.
