A compatibility patch for Archon's Return and Regiments mods

**********************Will require both mods and this patch to work.***********************

A huge thank you to Lord Cameron for letting me make this!

More compatibility patches will be coming out soon!

FPS drop should be similar to the original mod!

Please report any issues you have and I'll get a new version out soon!

It tells me i can't play it bc i don't have TEST folder any idea why is that and how can i get it?
