"From Ultima Segmentum a planet has been dragged into Warp when a massive warp storm hit the Charadon Sector.

When this event happened there wasn't any Adeptus Astartes at the planet. So planet fall miserably. A part of Word Bearers slaughtered whole planet and gifted their skulls to God of Blood and Skulls so he offered one marine to become a daemon prince. His name was Gorgoth, he was a noble warrior of the Word Bearers. So he earned it and gifted that power to him.

After Eyphus' dissapreance Marneus Calgar ordered 5th Company to search for the ordered planet because he got an message from the Govenor Ideuss about the subject of weaponizing the planet and upgrading world's defences. For now planet is slaughtered and lost. All man, woman and child killed by chaos forces.

Sad thing is planet Eyphus has a good amount of resources and relics scattered.
