A compatibility patch for Army Mod and Regiments mods

FPS drop should be similar to the original mod!

So anyone notice all of Liberty Valence's mods disappeared? What happened?

This causes me to crash when the AI is running their turn. Has happened 3 games in a row. When I disable this mod and run it with Army Mod and the rest, it works fine.
