Smooth Mover

Take no damage during a level

This can be done on level 1, just avoid to get hit. Before you have to fight the boss attempt to take no damage, if you do restart and try again. (Remember to use in combination with power-ups and rage mode.)

Priceless

Obtain no money during a level

Like Smooth Mover I recommend attempting this on level 1 just stay in the air at all times, and avoid to pick up any money that drops on kill.

Age Of Rage

Buy all rage forms

This can be done eaisly just save up money in-between levels to buy all the rage modes, and dont spend any of the money on other items, except some extra hearts if needed.

Money Can Buy Me Love

Buy 5 extra hearts

Like Age Of Rage don't spend any hard earned money on other items, apart from extra hearts.

Feline Overlord

Lose the game by letting the cat get the pizza

This may seem confusing at first, but at the end instead of killing the cat that pops up to eat the pizza, just wait it out and let it eat the pizza.

Bullet Badman

Kill a boss solely with regular bullets

I highly recommend this is done on level 1, don't waste your time collecting the money that the monsters drop. Instead float in the air near the open wall where the monsters come in from, and spam your bullets inside. After completing the 1st part this is the hard part with the boss.
To take out the boss, you will require to fly back, and forth across the room dodging the blocks that fly from the ground, to avoid hitting these try to time it and fly high above them or low below them. This may take a couple of attempts, but avoid using any power-ups or activating rage mode, including before the boss battle.

I Woof Pizza

Collect all slices of pizza and become King of the Dog Planet

To do this just complete the game which consists of 6 levels. Make sure to use rage mode, and power-ups often.

A Grand Don't Come Free

Have £1000 at the beginning of a level

Self explanatory just save up your money, and not spend it on anything. You may have enough to spare a extra heart or two if you require it.

Rage Monster

Rage 5 times during a level

I did this on level 5 make sure before hand you have bought the best rage upgrade (for some reason this one sometimes doesn't kill all the monsters on screen giving you extra time). After this make sure you have a full rage bar before the start of level 5, at the start of the level activate your rage mode, and whenever you have gained enough money to activate rage mode again do so until you get the achievement. Sometimes this may take more than 1 attempt, it may also be possible on level 6.

Powerless

Finish the game without using power-ups

Just don't buy any power-ups, but you are able to buy extra hearts, and rage upgrades.
Make sure not to activate any as well in case that affects the achievement.

Feel The Power

Buy all power-ups

Just only spend your money on power-ups, and nothing else, as well as attempt to collect as much money as you can that drops.

Weapon Warrior

Buy all bullet typess

For this achievement like the power-ups one just save your money, and buy all the bullet types before other items.

Cheat Mode!

Figure out how to unlock cheat mode

For this you require a gamepad to activate cheat mode.
On the main screen that you land on when you launch the game you require to do the konami code (↑↑↓↓←→←→ b a start). You will know if its activated, you don't require to do anything further after.

Cheat Mode Method

You can use the in game cheat mode to 100% the game a lot easier, however after each play though you might require to reactive cheat mode or restart the game to do so.
Using this method, only requires you to complete 1 of the achievements cheat mode free which is Bullet Badman.
One achievement you may get stuck with if using cheat mode for it is Feline Overlord. To do this after collecting the last pizza, run to the bottom right of the level facing the wall, this will prevent you from the rockets auto locking onto the cat, and instead hitting the wall before they can turn.

I can't use the Rage mode for the powerless archivement?

I've tried doing rage monster in level 5 and 6, in a variety of different ways, but there's simply not enough cash to transform for the 5th time.

@TheMoomin - he means the most expensive one "Big" (100 coins). Activate it on level 5 and don't shoot while transformed into a giant wolf, so enemies are left over and you can activate it some more.

When you say the best rage upgrade, do you mean the most expensive? Im having trouble with the rage monster achievement.

I don't think so you might though with some kind of tool for inputting controller inputs. Not tested though.

I can confirm that for the Powerless achievement, the description is 100% accurate. You can buy and equip any of the power-ups, and as long as you don't use any of them you're gold. I bought all powerups at the same run as I got this achievement.

For anyone that's having problems with the cheat code, make sure you're pressing the correct sequence of inputs, and pressing only one button at a time. I have a faulty Xbox 360 gamepad and by using the Game Controllers panel (start > Run > joy.cpl) I could make sure that I was doing it correctly (my A button sometimes don't register and my d-pad kept throwing in diagonals).
Do note that, at least on Win7, you gotta have the Game Controller window on top/active, and that's ok as the game receives all gamepad inputs even if it's inactive.
