Upgrades An Old Man's Wish into REUNION in the EXTRA section.

At the new Title Screen click on the corrupted words.
It should get repaired, enabling you to continue.

Getting the TRUE END unlocks the proper REUNION in the EXTRA section.

REUNION serves as an epilogue to the story.

Clearing REUNION unlocks Dr Baek's Log,
which sheds a bit more info on a minor plot point in the early part of the VN.

Click x3 and you should find something which tells you:

click around the "Lucy" font area,
and when it glows with light, click on it again immediately.

Try to stuff Lucy into your backpack twice.

Tell Lucy that her food tastes horrible.

Reading through REUNION unlocks Dr Baek's Log in the EXTRA section.
Reading through Dr Baek's Log should get you this achievement.
