Clear Lake is a parcel of relatively flat land nestled between mountains and a large lake. It includes a couple rivers and a reservoir, highways and railroads, and of course lots of farmland. The starting tile and ideal location for a downtown is on the central piece of land surrounded by the rivers and lake. It's mostly flat and perfect for building. The map is mostly based on data from a lakeside town in California.
