This mod will add Zhang's voice (Chinese Accent) from XCom EU into your game.

I'm using AML, the mod still doesn't show up in WotC.

all voice mods are wotc compatible
but you have to use AML

@aegis, make sure you're using the Alternate Mod Launcher. The Default Launcher now refuses to even *attempt* to load Mods not created specifically for War of the Chosen, despite the fact that many of them work perfectly fine.
