\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\626235605\Config\XComContent.ini can be edited to change the permissions on the props to enable/remove them from civilians, disable them, etc.

Yes! Make it WOTC compatible! I loved this mod before the DLC. I got this mod only for the witch/wizard hat for my Psionic characters.

Got missing textures for WOTC. Only clown nose, smoking problem, tiara and the little Deus Vult helmet work for me.
