Could we have a harbour version of this?

Confusingly it's not a ferry terminal, as the title strongly suggests :P

Then, depending on which works better for you, use either "Service Vehicle Selector 2.2.1" ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=519691655 ) or "Service Vehicle Selector 2 (r3.1.0)" ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=934994075 ) to individually set which ships can be spawned at each of the Small Ferry Terminals you place.

Also, in case you haven't seen it, you van use "Ship Line Tool 1.1" ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=639833119 ) to draw the ferry lines between instances of the Small Ferry Terminals (and normal passenger harbors)

The "Local-Only Transport Stations" mod ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=638786709 ), which adds an "Allow Intercity Traffic" button to passenger harbors and airports, will help limit cruise ships docking at the Small Ferry Terminal.

Is there any waay to make it so cruise ships don't spawn/dock here?

I've got a question: In the picture of the small ferry port I can see a pier with a fishing vessel nearby. How can I get the pier?

Sadly, can't upgrade the street in front of it. Funny enough, the street on the images is different from what I actually get with the asset. =)
