Filthy Silver that items replaces the placeholder that was there some patches ago, it was a TBA area, but we never heard from it anymore, the dev hasn't said anything about it either, so I guess its just a real easter egg, not a collectible one, it has a unique chime when picked up and says RbRb, or rabi ribi in really compressed letters, the item serves no use other than map completion
