I did use a seamless texture form textures.com , for a bit of the grain on the metal, but if you want, I can send you the node setup and link to grain texture used.

I don't know too much about engines, but the modelling looks nice, with all the pipes, the fan, and the other smaller details. I have a question on why the engine is carved from the stone though, is it functionally realistic, or just for decoration?
Depending on what kind of look you're planning on giving it, I might be able to find an appropriate node setup for it.
