Eyes in Soul Axiom are little collectibles, which upon interaction, reveal some words of wisdom. You can easily spot them, because they emit an intense glow.
There are a total of 18 of them: 5 in Chapter 1, 5 in Chapter 2, 4 in Chapter 3 and 4 in Chapter 4.

Using this guide will net you a total of 4 achievements:
- Eye of the Beholder - Find the FIRST eye
- The King and Eye - Find HALF of the eyes (9)
- Eye Flier - Find ALL of the eyes (18)
- Short Attention Span - Solve the Eye Puzzle on The Monorail

- Engine room, to the left from the "generator"


- Take the stairs to the left before entering the inn. They lead upstairs, and around a catwalk. The eye will be on the wall to the left


- After getting the phase power, de-phase the wall, and look to the right.


- After phasing in 3 platforms, you will get to a little more open field. The eye is to the right from a de-phasable crystal.


- There are pipes with electricity in them on the upper walls. De-phase every blocking element, and the eye will appear. (Also grants the "Short Attention Span" achievement)

- After de-phasing the two monkeys to lower the bridge, cross it, and turn to the left (don't go down to the next puzzle). After some walking, you should find the eye.


- When you get to a big room, with a glass room in its center, there will be a room to the right. In that room, you will find some lockers which can be interacted with with the play power. The eye will be behind them.


- When you cross to the second island, turn right from the pier. You will see a hill in the middle of the island. If you follow its boundaries to the right, you'll eventually see a cave with the eye on its right wall.


- This is behind a moveable painting in the museum lobby


- If you manage to get through the parkour part, there will be a lot of things to break, and after some time a path to the left. Don't take it, but keep on straight. You will find the eye at the end of the tunnel. You can also come back here anytime, but if you do, turn to the left to get to the eye.

- When you complete the chess puzzle, and cross the double-doors, there will be two ice cubes to your right and left. Breaking the left one reveals the eye.


- When you find your way outside, turn to the left.


- When you get out from the lift, go left, turn right, and turn around, when you reach the room with the computers.


- When you go through the "half-moon" door you will get to a room, with a fireplace in it. Light the fire with Destroy power, and the eye will be revealed.

- Recreation section, turn to the left, and you will see it. It's marked as the round room in the middle right on the map.


- Near the end of the level, you will need to climb some stairs. After you repair the staircase with Play power, reach the first floor, then the eye will be on the left catwalk.


- In 2032 simply leave your apartment through the door.


- Left platform from spawn (Mysteri), back of the Akashic Serverpark.
