New oakley glove replacement for Security forces!

- Ported over the Oakley first person gloves from CS:GOs latest update.
- Completely re skinned the mesh to the first person skeleton, there are some weighting issues here and there but nothing major.
- Sleeves are the "PLA" sleeves from Black Ops 2.
- Arm mesh is vanilla.
- Watch is from Firearms: Source
- Shaders are from CS:GO with some edits from me.

Would you be able to somehow animate the wrist watch display,so it shows time passing? And maybe even show in-game time?

There seems to be a bug: everything except the heavy armor has short sleeves, the heavy armor itself has medium sleeves. I searched for hours but I couldn't fix it.
