This is my first real go at working with polygon modeling, so there's a few things that could be tweaked and improved. Criticism is appreciated!

When ISIL or ISIS became a known factor in terrorism the creators of Archer had to stop using the name and created a story for the show because of it.

I made it level 3 because it's surrounded mostly by larger high rise buildings in the show, so I wanted it to grow in a similar setting in game. :)

The building, and associated acronym, are from the TV show Archer, which was created long before the terrorist group. The acronym is a pure coincidence, and has no reference to said group.
