TvT16 Cache Hunt: Southern Stratis

My mission is to create simple tense TvT scenarios using ACE3, that people can run on their computers and servers. I want to make TvT's a large part of Arma again. Cache Hunt is a mission where a Defending team has 3 minutes to hide a cache and set up a defense. It's simple, lose the cache or all of the Defenders, Attacker victory.
